What Causes Muscle Pain?
Muscle pain can be caused by a variety of factors, including tension, overuse and injury. Some illnesses, such as fibromyalgia and the flu, also result in muscle pain and discomfort. Other illnesses include fever, Lyme disease or muscle abscess. Not getting the proper vitamins, like potassium and calcium, may also lead to muscle discomfort.
